01Which size should I order?
Our shoes are listed in EU sizes, which do not convert exactly to US sizes. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. If the pair does not fit, you have 30 days to send it back.
02What is it made of?
What our supplier states about the materials is in the product description. Screens vary, so a colour can look slightly different in real life.
03How do I clean them?
Wipe with a damp cloth or a soft brush and let them dry at room temperature, away from direct heat. Keep them out of the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
04What if it does not fit?
You have 30 days to send it back, as long as the pair has not been worn outdoors and is in the packaging it arrived in. We pay the return shipping. See our refund policy.

Orders are handed to the carrier in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after that, depending on your destination. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
