These Terms govern your use of the Shark Nomad store and any order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you accept them.

1. About us

Shark Nomad is a trade name of CLEARSTONE COMMERCE, 557 8th St 3-L, Brooklyn, New York 11215, United States. You can contact us at contact@safesharofer.site.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to use the store for anything unlawful, or to interfere with how it works.

3. Products

We sell sneakers and outdoor footwear. We do everything we can to show our shoes accurately, but photographs and screens vary: colours and material texture can look different in real life than on your display.

Where a product page states materials, that information comes from our suppliers.

4. Sizing and fit

Our shoes are listed in EU sizes. EU sizes do not convert exactly to US sizes and vary between brands, so if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

If the size is wrong when it arrives, our Refund and Return Policy covers you for 30 days, as long as the pair has not been worn outdoors.

5. Use and care

Use each shoe for what its product page describes. A walking or casual shoe is not safety footwear and is not made for technical mountaineering. Unless a product page says otherwise, our shoes are not waterproof.

Clean with a damp cloth or a soft brush, and let the shoes dry at room temperature, away from direct heat. Do not put them in a washing machine or a tumble dryer. Damage caused by machine washing, heat or use outside the purpose described is not covered by our returns policy.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Where we are required to charge sales tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that the order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund you in full if we do.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms. In short: returns are accepted within 30 days on pairs that have not been worn outdoors, in the packaging they arrived in, and we pay the return shipping.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, a photo or a video, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to use it to show our products, including on our store and in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it at any time. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Intellectual property

The Shark Nomad name, our store design, text and images are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Brand names belonging to other companies are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our store or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
